Q: Do you ship cookies?
A: Yes. We find that the cookies and bouquets ship beautifully. We use hot air popped popcorn to package the cookies which makes the package more environmentally friendly.
Q: Do your cookies need to be refrigerated?
A: No. The cookies do not need refrigerated, though they are best eaten within 2 weeks.(Though most never last too long, as they are "gobbled up" pretty quickly.)
Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: Generally, we like to have a months notice for most orders, though that is not always necessary.
Q: Why do you include a bright, red lobster cookie in each of your orders?
A: Oh, we were hoping you would ask! We'd love for you to read the entire story here.
Q: Why is the "Your Cookie Rookie" lobster named "Klause"?
A: That's a super great question! In December of 2010, we held a contest to name our legendary lobster. It just didn't seem right for him to be nameless. After many wonderful suggestions, Klaus was clearly the winner! Consider he has "claws" and considering his personal story is wrapped around Christmas, "Klause" was the most perfect name for him! Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash or check. We also accept all major credit cards.
